Hiawatha House

Hiawatha was an outdated 2 bedroom, 2 bath bungalow that had been used as a rental for many years.  By utilizing space more efficiently, we were able to add an additional bedroom and create a spacious master bath. Additionally, we installed new sod, landscaping and updated the porch. The outside of the house was painted and whitewashed to give the home that Seminole Heights feel.

Here are some of the main areas we focused on with this home.

  • Updated Kitchen: The heart of the home boasts brand-new stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and the same quartz as the backsplash for that flawless flow creating a clean classy feel.

New Master Bath: A much-needed addition to the appeal of the master bedroom. Complete with double vanity and a large walk-in shower, we were able to create a spacious new master bath by using an existing very small room that was once a back porch.

Living Room:  By opening the wall between the Dining Room and Living Room to create optimum floor space with a seamless flow.

Ready for Market

What we loved about this home was the charming layout and the potential it held.

Before

The house had seen better days, with peeling paint and it was clear that the home needed some tender loving care to restore its beauty. Our goal was to revive the aesthetics that defined the neighborhood, carefully preserving its character.
