Commanche House

Comanche was my favorite flip! The black and white and light wood theme throughout, complete with a beautiful wooden beam in between the living room and dining room, turned this newly designed mid-century modern home into a showstopper!

After

This charming old house was a space yearning for renewal and a touch of love to transform it into a beautiful home.

Before

A complete overhaul was needed to turn this 2 bedroom, 2 bath into an inviting and spacious 4 bedroom, 2 bath.

Here are some of the main areas of focus with this home:

Updated Kitchen: The kitchen was big but had never been updated. We added brand-new stainless-steel appliances, quartz countertops with a trendy backsplash along with a new island creating a sleek and contemporary space.

Dining Room:  Natural light pours in through the newly installed French doors that were created by removing an old window. Featuring a statement chandelier that hangs overhead matching the lighting above the new kitchen island.

Guest bathroom: Pictures before and after

New Master Bath: By expanding the bathroom into the main garage, we were able to create the perfect spacious master bath with dual vanities and a beautiful large walk-in master shower.

Bedrooms:  A closed in garage was divided, creating the additional two bedrooms complete with ample closet space. There was enough room to add more storage space in the hallway between the rooms.
